BALtrans Logistics was founded in 1982 in Hong Kong. Warren began working there in1983 developing new accounts. He was the route and sales manager. In 1985 Warren was sent to the United States to establish BALtrans, California. This was the second office opened in the United States. Besides the duties of hiring and managing the office, he contacted companies and brought in new accountants. BALtrans became very successful in California within the first six months.
In 1988 he was asked to assist Booma, after their consolidation. With Warren’s expertise in sales and logistics their revenue grew many fold.
Since 1990 Warren has been president of his company, AFL International, in California, specializing in routing, the development of business and in logistics in the United States and China. Warren has agents in Hong Kong, Shanghai, Beijing and many other cities in China.
Warren is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
