Russel J. Renz - Associate Advisory Board
Russ has been in HVAC and the construction industry residential to large commercial projects for over thirty years. From sales to onsite inspector for major companies, Russ proved his entrepreneurial talents and abilities over a 13 year period in which he owned and operated his own business. During this tenure, he oversaw day to day activities, supervising four hundred employees, negotiating contracts and dealing with union issues. Within an 18 month period, sales increased from 18 million to 40 million.
He has strong management and organizational skills, strong time management, outstanding sales closing ability, works well with employees and clients. His unique abilities and experiences in the business world, provides Uniworld the advantage of utilization of such experience by him serving as an associate advisor to the Uniworld Board of Advisors. He has a B.S. Degree / Business Administration Entrepreneur Program from USC.
