John Greenhalgh – Mortgage Banking – Canada

John Greenhalgh is a Native of Niagara Falls, Canada. He graduated from the Brock University in 1970 with a major in financing and accounting. He also studied accounting with the Certified General Accountants program in Canada for an additional 5 years. For the past 30+ years John has had success. He began his financial career in 1970 as a lender for the Bank of Nova Scotia. In 1975, he was appointed the Commissioner for "The Residential Tenancy Commission of Ontario" auditing financial statements for all apartment complexes in the Golden Horseshoe corridor (Toronto to Niagara Falls) and holding hearings to review the judgments proclaimed.
During the 80's John worked for the largest land developer in the Niagara Region buying lands for subdivisions, then developing, marketing and selling over 1500 home sites. Starting in 1990, he became a licensed real estate agent in the Niagara Peninsula with Remax International., a “Relocation Specialist” For the next 10 years; he sold over 500 homes plus many commercial ventures from new housing, land development, apartment buildings and commercial projects.
The transition to Finance was the next step.
Currently John is a highly successful mortgage and finance consultant and is a focused capital specialist. He is an established resource for a variety of Banks, Alternate Institutional and Private Lenders on both a local and international level. His accounting, financial and marketing expertises allow him to provide solutions for people with difficult and complex financing requirements. He can assist in financing Uniworld members in most parts of the world for both housing and commercial ventures.
John is a strong family man with twin boys, 25 years old, both in post graduate studies. He enjoys team sports, fishing and the occasional game of golf
