Uniworld is an asset holding company for its stockholders, is comprised of multiple joint ventures each of which is operated independently and shall earn its revenues and gain its ownership equities from these joint ventures in various forms; license rights to proprietary concepts, equity participation in business and land acquisitions, earning fees for ongoing synchronization of various projects.
Uniworld shall utilize its revenues to insure ongoing growth of its long-term goals, while providing a fair return on investment for its stockholders. As revenues sufficiently grow, Uniworld shall put itself in place to support certain critical humanitarian needs. Uniworld shall always strive to fulfill global humanitarian needs through development of economic based business, education, creation of new jobs and assisting all people in becoming self-reliant.
