UNIWORLD, Inc.
Promoting and Supporting

GLOBALIZATION

Leading to

PEACE throuch COMMERCE
UNITY through NETWORKING
SELF RELIANCE through EDUCATION
STABILITY through ECONOMICS

Uniworld is an asset holding company that was created to serve as a self-sustaining, economic platform designed to support humanitarian needs globally.  Its primary focus towards humanitarian needs is to allow people of the world to become more self-reliant through education and specialized job training combined with targeted area job creation.

Uniworld derives its assets and revenues through the creation of viable projects, while funding these projects via multiple joint ventures and equity participations. From these projects, Uniworld obtains its fair percentage of ownership (assets) and from its percentage of ownership it obtains its revenues from preferred dividends. In some cases, where Uniworld’s projects are duplicated, it contracts with developers via license right agreements for 60 years or longer, obtaining monthly royalties from gross revenues.

Please see the attached chart and read the Executive Summary on www.uniworldlv.com.

Over the past twelve years, many elite business people have stepped forward to support Uniworld’s principal, Ken Johanning, in the research, feasibility and conceptual development of the economic platform, along with creation and development of needed and high demand projects that could be joint ventured, developed and operated under the Uniworld umbrella.  Millions of dollars, along with dedicated personal time, effort and additional out of pocket expense have been contributed by Uniworld’s principal, advisory board members and various supporters.

With the roll out of joint venture projects at the end of 2007, such as:

  • ICOBP, the International Congress of Business Professionals, a membership based support organization for globalization with a membership drive in 36 countries and governmental relations in place.
  • ITEC Expo KC, an international permanent expo facility on 200 acres for agriculture, heavy equipment and machinery, alternative energy, and training academy and much more.
  • ITEC CSC Las Vegas, a full service 43 story corporate time-share office complex adjacent to a complimentary 43 story business oriented hotel.

Uniworld will continue to build its momentum around the globe by prioritizing areas of need and identifying where immediate feasibility exists.

Qualifications to be Accepted

Comment: For over 40 years it has been found that if you are publicly promoting a company for capital, some might pay for a big, recognizable name to set on its board for stronger publicity. Interestingly enough, statistics show that those paid up front and those not vested tend to simply agree with management and participate very little in the overall success of the company, other than the use of their name and fame.

This is not what Uniworld needs at this time to ensure its success. Statistics again prove that the parties who see an opportunity, vest in that opportunity and play a role in the ultimate success of that opportunity, are the ones who will speak up and voice true, educated opinions and ideas. They will provide the best contacts and resources known to them to be beneficial to company objectives. They will understand and participate in the power of teamwork.

Therefore, Uniworld seeks for its advisory board:

  1. One who sees the long-term goals and objectibes of Uniworld.
  2. One that has the personal passion to play a part in making a positive difference for future generations on a global basis.
  3. One who can see the great magnitude of overall objectives, yet also the simplicity when broken down into specific functions or business objectives, and realizes that it takes all these business entities and functions working in parrallel fashion toward the same intended goals.
  4. One who can see a certain venue within the organization whereby their expertise, knowledge, education, contacts and acquaintances could be of value and assistance to the organization.
  5. One who can see the potential value of involvement, the networking with professionals around the globe and the opportunity that may avail from future contract work, jobs or other various venues that could be personally rewarding to them over and above their expected return on investment.

Vesting

Vested advisory board members share in ownership of Uniworld by way of stock ownership. Minimum vesting requirement is $35,000 to a maximum vested amount of $99,900. The price per share is set by the Board of Directors based upon its current asset base at time of application.

Duties: On a Limited Basis

Although Uniworld appreciates any amount of time an advisor is willing to participate, its actual requirement is limited to one to two hours per month and can be communicated by fax, email or phone, on their own time. Uniworld as well will have formal meetings from time to time plus an annual corporate meeting. Although Uniworld desires the presence of all, it understands that the timing of such meetings and events may not be possible for all to attend, therefore, leaving these meetings optional for advisory board members.
