About Uniworld

In March of 2000, a small group of business leaders and professionals joined in the formation and organization of Uniworld Inc. with its founder, chairman and president, Ken Johanning. They joined together to create and develop a unique business model that would serve as a financially strong platform enabling their long-term objectives of a philanthropic nature to be obtained. A platform in which over the next few generations, through the private business sector can reach out and encompass the globe. A platform which through education, communication and international networking in this new era of globalization and global economics, together can create a more peaceful, self reliant and compatible global atmosphere for all people. A platform in which future generations can become reliable and capitalize on continued progressive advancement.

 

The unique business model that shall serve as the long term business platform for globalization

Uniworld, Inc. is the umbrella company which will guide multiple subsidiary joint ventured companies and projects. Uniworld has focused its business on international business and trade. This allows a quicker access to the globe. Its primary business will be support and service for the industry. The support industry Uniworld chose is ever increasing in demand because of globalization. This business will provide the needed revenues and profits to sustain and grow the organization while allowing certain philanthropic goals to be fulfilled.

In order to successfully finance such huge undertakings, Uniworld, Inc. separated the many various business venues, each of which becomes a business of its own. When synchronized, these businesses become supportive of each other, and together will reach the objectives of Uniworld, Inc. Each business becomes a joint venture for equity participation and/or a contracted affiliate service provider.

1. ICOBP (International Congress of Business Professionals)

ICOBP is the international support and service system for all major membership driven organizations, associations and special interest groups.

This membership driven organization provides its members five key elements of support in the globalization of business:

  1. Global Networking with Diversity
  2. Global Finance and Risk Assurance
  3. International Government Relations
  4. Education (next generation for business)
  5. Communication (consistency of content in the translation process)  

ICOBP is backed by a unique and powerful group of supporting and pioneering sponsors.

ICOBP plans its first International Congress Conference for November 2008 in Las Vegas, networking the business professionals from around the globe.

 

2. ITEC Expo Kansas City, MO

Now in development, this 200 acre expo will house the first international permanent expo and showcase of its kind which will include:

  • Heavy equipment and machinery
  • World’s largest agriculture center
  • Farm equipment, machinery and ancillary tools
  • Job training academies
  • Truck, bus and transportation expo
  • 262,500 sq. ft. special events center built in an arena style setting

 

3. ITEC KC Foreign Trade Zone Development

Uniworld, in joint venture with SWD Inc., became the master developer with the city of Kansas City, Missouri that allows Uniworld to attract businesses to develop and build to suit up to thousands of acres when completed for those in need of operation in a Foreign Trade Zone.

 

4. ITEC Educational Academies

The educational venues, curriculums and delivery are provided by various private and nonprofit education organizations in a contractual strategic alliance with Uniworld and its ICOBP subsidiary.

The Center for Employment Training (CET) is one of the country's largest, most effective educational and employment training programs, focused on those who need help the most. CET is a non-profit organization, established in San Jose, California since 1967 and has grown to a national network of 36 accredited vocational educational centers operating in 11 states, and Washington D.C. and others in Canada,  Chile and Dominican Republic. Under Uniworld, new academies are being developed in Kansas City and others are planned for Las Vegas, China, Vietnam, Mexico and Brazil.

Under the direction of Gerald Vassar, Uniworld is developing several educational programs for the advancement of resonant and balanced leadership in the world. One of the most influential and powerful forces in the world is international business. Uniworld intends to integrate best practices in business, education, emotional intelligence, resonant leadership, and organizational sciences and to establish a business model of education and training that will promote productivity by creating workplace environments that foster respect, dignity and excellence for employers and employees. Current research in business management indicates that companies who create environments that are resonant are much more productive and profitable.

 

5. ITEC Las Vegas

ITEC Las Vegas shall become the global showcase and deal-making center of the globe. With over 600 acres of excitement, a visit will be like having a cyberspace experience visiting the internet live in person.
