ITEC CSC (Corporate Service Center) is a 820,000 sq. ft. full service class A office complex towering 43-stories into the Las Vegas skyline, featuring private office suites, meeting rooms, boardrooms and special events center with full service administrative support. The main entry will have an open ceiling two stories high. The lobby will have a large seating area and a mini-lounge. A 10,000 sq.ft. mezzanine floor looking down over the prestigious lobby will be utilized as one of the main conference or event rooms.
These offices are sold as timeshares to the thousands of companies conducting convention activities each year in Las Vegas. Next to the office timeshares will be a 44-story, 4 ½ star hotel accommodating 750 suites along with 81 luxury hotel condos on the top 9 stories.
With a 43-story height, the signage of the ITEC Corporate Service Center will not only tower over the famous Las Vegas strip, but will also become a distinguished landmark seen throughout the valley.
This office timeshare facility is within walking distance to the Las Vegas Convention Center, just minutes from the McCarran International Airport and Las Vegas Country Club. The Las Vegas monorail is located across the street for ease of travel throughout the city.

Creation of Idea
Over the past five years, Uniworld, Inc. (the principal of ITEC International) has been conducting research, feasibility and various other studies for its planned projects. Many of these studies were conducted in and around the Las Vegas convention center and at conventions and business functions around the world. At these major events, Uniworld was able to conduct one-on-one surveys, focus group sessions and various other forms to obtain needed data.
These studies revealed a demand service need that had never to date been satisfied. Along with the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority (LVCVA), ITEC CSC sees a high demand for a full service timeshare corporate services center for private deal making away from the convention floor and away from the privacy of a hotel room.
Market
Statistics show that in 2006 Las Vegas hosted over 23,825 conventions of which over two and one half (2.5) million vendors participated in activities. In addition, Las Vegas attracts close to forty three (43) million visitors per year.
Our marketing strategy involves working with the Las Vegas Convention and Tourism Bureau, along with major convention production operators of which their vendors (2.5 million annually) become our targeted timeshare owner.
In major studies over the past 5 years, these vendors have expressed the need for a private full service office suite, away from the convention floor to allow confidential, professional deal making and contracting with clients they obtain from the convention floor.
Until this complex is built, these vendors have to rely upon hotel suites or hotel meeting rooms which are too large and do not have full service as desired, or simply try to accomplish the same objective on the floor by taking names and following up after the convention.
Two and one half (2.5) million vendors with potential need should comfortably fill the 63,500 timeshare weeks, which represent less than 3 percent of the potential demand.
Companies can purchase one week, two weeks or more to satisfy their need at the convention time and they can have it listed on their financial balance sheets as an asset instead of just an expense or liability.
